十八届四中全会第一次以法治建设为主题,提出全面推进依法治国。全面依法治国作为"四个全面"战略布局之一,对全面建成小康社会、全面从严治党、全面深化改革具有重要影响。青少年是国家发展和民族未来的希望,是社会主义建设的接班人。青少年法治思维培养直接影响全面依法治国的推进。因此,加强青少年法治思维培养至关重要。本文通过介绍青少年法治思维培养的内涵及其培养意义,了解青少年法治思维相关认知。从学校、家庭、社会方面探析青少年法治思维培养的缺失,并有针对性地提出相关对策。

It is the first time to focus on legal construction and put forward the idea of advancing the lawbased governance in all aspects in the forth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee. As one of the four-pronged comprehensive strategies, the law-based governance is of great importance in building a moderately prosperous society, deepening reform and strengthening Party self-discipline. Adolescents are the hope of national development and future as well as the successors of socialist construction. The education of adolescent legal thinking has direct impact on the promotion of advancing the law-based governance of China. Therefore,strengthening the education of adolescent legal thinking is crucial. This article introduced the definition and the significance of the education of adolescent legal thinking and summarized the relevant acquaintance. It also put forward the specific countermeasures according to the deficiency on education of adolescent legal thinking from the school, family and society.
