医学生职业生涯教育现状及对策探讨

The Current Situation of Career Education for Medical Students and Countermeasures

伴随着医学毕业生人数的逐年提高,社会竞争越来越激烈。近几年来,如何提高职业生涯教育的质量,培养出以市场需求为导向的应用型人才成为高校教学改革研究的热门课题,很多高校为之付出了努力。本文以锦州医科大学的医学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查等方法,分析医学生职业生涯规划教育目前存在的不足之处,借鉴国内外高校尤其是医学院校职业生涯教育的研究经验,提出了解决问题的对策。

In recent years, with the number of medical graduates increasing, social competition is more and more fierce. How to improve the quality of career education and cultivate applied talents of market demand become one of the hot topics in collegeteaching reform. Through the questionnaire investigation in medical students of Jinzhou Medical University, this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings of medical students＇ career planning education, and puts forward the countermeasures based on the experience of career education at home and abroad.
