“SWOT” Analysis of High-level Talents Recruitment in Local Medical College

随着国家人才强国战略的提出,人才的重要性更加显而易见。而高层次人才引进亦成为高校得以可持续发展的核心竞争力。面对日益激烈的人才竞争,地方医学院校如何有效的利用自身优势,克服劣势,充分利用机会,合理应对威胁显得尤为重要。本文主要针对上述问题,利用"SWOT"分析法进行研究。

As putting forward the strategy of strengthening the country through talents, the importance of talent is more obvious. And high-level talents become the core competitiveness of college sustainable development. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, how to make effective use of their own advantages,overcome the disadvantage and make full use of the opportunity is particularly important for local medical college.This article mainly aims to study the above problems through SWOT analysis.
