医院信息平台主数据管理技术研究

Master Data Management Technology in Hospital Information Platform

近年来随着医疗信息化建设的快速发展,医疗信息系统功能逐渐细分,但各系统独立运转,形成信息孤岛,影响了医疗信息资源二次利用。为此南京鼓楼医院基于SOA框架、采用企业服务总线技术作为连接中枢,设计并部署了主数据管理系统。从架构设计、建设流程和网络架构等方面详细介绍了该系统的构建策略。实践证明,该系统的应用有效保证了医疗数据的一致性、完整性和准确性,为大型医院医疗信息归一化管理提供了切实可行的参考思路。

With the rapid development of medical information construction, functions of medical information systems have beensubdivided. However, each system always operates independently so that a large number of isolated information islands have appeared,which decreases the efficiency of medical information resources reusing. Based on this situation, Nanjing Gulou Hospital has deployedthe master data management system, which is based on SOA framework and the enterprise service bus technology is also applied asconnection central. The construction strategy of the system is introduced in detail referring to architecture design, construction processand network architecture, etc. Practice has proved that the application of our system can ensure the consistency, integrity and accuracyof medical data effectively. Our work provides a feasible way for the normalization of medical information in large-scale hospitals.
