基于电子病历的护理风险预警模型设计与应用探讨

Building and Application of Nursing Risk Early Warning Model Based on Electronic Medical Record

目的:探讨建立基于医院电子病历的护理风险预警模型,用于早期识别高风险患者,并进一步探讨该模型的应用流程及对电子病历的作用。方法:首先,基于统计学原理,以Logistic回归法筛选与病人病情转归有明显相关性的临床指标,并建立回归方程;然后,选择出院和死亡各25例病人,来验证模型的有效性;最后,探讨病人风险预警模型在电子病历中的应用。结果:基于电子病历,以统计学原理为数据处理方法建立病人风险预警模型,该模型能较好地反映病人病情转归。结论:挖掘电子病历中的医疗数据资源,建立风险预警系统,通过智能、主动的提醒来降低风险事件的发生,对提高风险应对能力、改善医疗护理质量具有重要作用。同时,护理风险预警模型的应用,也会进一步提高电子病历的智能化和自动化。

Objective To introduce the method of building nursing risks early warning model based on EMR which can be used forearly recognizing high risk patients. And then discuss the application of the model in EMR. Methods： First, select clinical indictorswhich are related with disease development using Logistic regression analysis. Second, select 25 patients who discharged from hospitaland another 25 patients who dead to validate the effectiveness of the model. Last, discuss the application of the model in EMR. Results：Using Logistic regression analysis to build nursing risk early warning model which based on EMR can reflect disease developmenteffectively. Conclusion： Mining medical data resource of EMR to build risk warming model can enhance risk response ability andimprove healthcare quality. The risk warming model can also enhance the intelligence and automation of the EMR.
