摘要 目的:旨在对广州市某医院2012-2014年29个临床科室的服务质量进行评估,探究各科室经营情况,为医院管理者提供决策支持。方法:对采集的广州市健康档案的区域卫生信息平台的数据整合,确定具有代表性的11个指标,建立主成分分析法。结果:综合函数评分排名前三名:心血管科、消化科、妇产科;最后三名:疼痛科、皮肤科、口腔科。结论:主成分分析法能够准确高效地评价医院临床科室服务质量的情况,评价结果具有合理性、综合性和可行性。 Objective In order to provide decision support for hospital managers, the services quality of disease at a public ofGuangzhou, the hospital were evaluated to explore the department operations from 2012 to 2014. Method: Health records data werecollected from regional health information platform of Guangzhou, then Construction of Principal Component Analysis was on thebasis of the evaluation Representative of 11 indicators. Results: Rating the top three integrated functions: cardiology, gastrointestinal,obstetrics and gynecology; last three: pain, dermatology, dentistry. Conclusion: Principal Component Analysis can accurately andefficiently evaluate the service quality of hospital clinical departments, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital,thus achieving a sustainable and healthy development of the hospital, and the evaluation results with rationality, feasibility and comprehensive.
