摘要
目的:对多参数监护中保存的病人数据进行挖掘分析,获得病人的睡眠呼吸事件信息。方法:利用多参数监护中保存的心电、血氧、呼吸等生理信号,结合多信息融合分析技术和专家知识获取病人的睡眠分期和呼吸事件信息。结果:成功从监护数据中提取出关键生理信号,分析出睡眠分期和呼吸事件,并初步应用于临床。结论:利用多参数监护数据,可以提取出睡眠相关信息,该功能对全面了解和掌握病人健康状况具有重要意义,可以成为多参数监护的一项重要的扩展功能。
Objective To get the patient's sleep apnea event information through analysis the data saved in multi-parametermonitor. Methods:Using the multi-parameter data stored in s multi-parameter monitor, such as ECG, SaO2, respiration and otherphysiological signals, combining multiple information fusion analysis technology and expert knowledge, the patient' s of sleep stagesand respiratory events information can be gotten. Results: Through extracting the key physiological signal data saved in monitoring,the patient' s sleep stages and respiratory events is gotten. And this method has been preliminary used in clinical. Conclusions: Usingthe data saved in multi-parameter monitor, patient' s sleep-related information can be obtained, which is significant to the overallunderstanding and knowledge of the patient's health status, and can become an important extension of the multi-parameter monitor.
