Construction of Regional Medical Imaging Integrating System Based on HIE Technology

根据建立区域性医学影像中心的需求,按照整合现有资源,体现互操作性的原则,基于HIE医疗信息交互技术及IHE标准框架,构建了区域医学影像平台,实现了远程会诊、诊断,区域影像共享,PACS/RIS云服务,临床信息交互、医学影像报告结构化存储等功能。

According to the requirement for establishing the regional medical imaging diagnosis center and the principles ofintegrating the present resources and realizing interoperability, based on HIE technology and IHE standard framework, we haveconstructed a regional medical imaging integrating system and realized functions including telemedicine consultation and diagnosis,regional image sharing, PACS/RIS services on cloud, clinical information exchange and the structural storage of image reports.
