公共文化服务体系建设是全面建成小康社会,实现云南跨越式发展的必要条件。由于云南地处边疆,经济发展相对滞后,公共文化服务体系建设面临着严峻挑战。在这一背景下,如何推进云南公共文化服务体系建设,是一个必须解决的问题。通过调研,从资金筹集、人才培养、丰富载体、改革体制四个方面分析了存在的问题,并提出了相关对策建议,以便更好更快地推进云南农村公共文化服务体系建设。

The construction of public cultural service system is a necessary condition of a comprehensive well-off society and a great-leap-forward development of yunnan province. The construction of rural public cultural service system is facing severe challenges in Yunnan for its locating in the border area and relatively backward economic. It is a problem that how to promote the construction of public cultural service system in Yunnan must be solved. Through the investigation and research,this article puts forward four relevant countermeasures,including how to solve the funds,how to cultivate talent,how to use media,and how to reform system in order to promote the construction of Yunnan rural public cultural service system better and faster.
