云南特色产业新产品研发团队跨职能协作影响因素研究

摘要 采用定性研究与专家访谈访的方法,结合云南特色产业新产品研发特点,通过项目阶段—协作矩阵,分析新产品研发中各个阶段研发团队的内部与外部跨职能协作过程,提出沟通、知识共享及合作程度三大影响因素,旨在探索提高云南特色产业新产品研发团队内外部协作有效途径。 Qualitative investigation and expert interview as the research method have been applied and features of the research and development teams of Yunnan characteristic industry have been involved,in this paper. Through project phases-corporation matrix,internal and external cross-functional coordination process of research and development teams of each stage in the process of new product research and development has been analyzed,three main influencing factors,including communication,knowledge sharing and cooperation degree have been proposed. On this basis,the effective methods of cross functional coordination in the research and development teams of Yunnan characteristic industry can be explored.
