大学生就业质量评价指标构建的探析

Reflections on the Construction of College Students' Employment Quality for Evaluation Index

在分析国内外不同专家学者所建立的大学生就业质量评价指标体系的基础上,结合我国的国情和大学生就业的特点,对大学生就业质量的内涵进行了界定。根据影响大学生就业质量的相关因素,确定了评价指标体系构建的三大原则,从"考核学校"和"个人"两个方面设定大学生就业质量的评价指标,并对各指标的数据来源、具体计算方法进行研究与说明,以期对我国大学的人才培养、大学生就业质量的评价提供科学的参考依据。

Based on the analysis of evaluation index system of college student＇s employment quality created by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper defines the connotation of college student＇s employment quality according to the national conditions and the characteristic of college student＇s employment. Based on relevant factors influencing college student＇s employment quality,this paper confirms 3 principles for evaluation system construction and sets evaluation index of college student＇s employment quality from two aspects,including schools assessment and individual assessment,and then,it researches and explains data sources and specific computing method about each indexes so as to offer some references for college talent cultivation and evaluation of college student＇s employment quality.
