摘要
干扰素(Interferons,IFNs)是由免疫细胞分泌的能对几种病原,例如对病毒、细菌、寄生虫和肿瘤细胞等产生应答的一类蛋白质。本文综述了几种经济鱼类的干扰素基因及重组鱼类干扰素的研究进展。
Interferons（IFNs）are a group of proteins made and released by host cells in response to the presence of several pathogens,such as viruses,bacteria,parasites,and tumor cells.We have reviewed the research advances of interferon genes and recombinant interferon of several commercial fishes.
