摘要
车门、机盖等门盖类零件是汽车制造中关键部位,整车装配过程中间隙面差、曲面一致性要求较高,故包边质量直接影响整车品质。针对常见包边模包边、机器人辊边的结构、工艺进行概述,对包边、辊边优缺点进行简要介绍。通过对产品结构、辊轮大小、辊边压力等因素进行分析,了解其对产品包边的影响。
The key parts of the automobile manufacturing like the door, machine cover and door covcr, havc higher requirements for middle gap bctwccn surface and surfacc consisten- cy during vehiclc asscmbly process. So, wrapping quality directly affcct the quality of thc vehicle. In the paper, the structure and process as well as the advantagcs and disadvantages of common hemming and robot binding are summarized. Through the analysis of product structure, wheel size, and side pressure factors, the impact of product package is studied.
