摘要
在冲压成形过程中,特殊形状的制件容易引起产品缺陷,会给生产带来严重的影响,并对后续的焊装、涂装和总装带来各种潜在的风险。解决这类问题往往要考虑多方面因素的影响,通过全局管控整改,进而消除缺陷。通过鱼骨刺图分析法来寻找真因,从顶杆高度的一致性、制件的成形工艺、模具结构和板料性能等方面进行阐述,并提出解决该问题的有效方案。结果表明,保证了拉深件的品质,也提高了整车质量。
In the stamping process, the special shape of the parts easily lcads to product de- fect, which will have serious impact on production, and bring a variety of potential risks to wclding, painting and assembly. Many factors often need to bc considered to solvc such problem, nccding the global control rcctification and reform to climinate the defects. In this paper, the real reason of the problem is found by fishbonc diagram analysis and the con- sistency of the mandrel height, the forming process of the part, thc die structure and sheet performance. Then an effective solution to the problem is put forward. The results show that the method can ensure the quality of drawing parts and improve the quality of vehicle.
