摘要
目的:建立麝香保心丸的近红外光谱定性鉴别模型。方法:在OPUS的Setup Conformity Test模块中,取4090~4330 cm^(-1)、5150~5200 cm^(-1)谱段的漫反射光谱,采用二阶导数+矢量归一化法对数据进行前处理后,建立定性模型。结果:31批麝香保心丸均被正确识别为麝香保心丸;而31批模外样品,除自制缺人参提取物样品外,其余均被正确识别为非麝香保心丸。结论:本研究建立的该药定性模型可在打击假冒品中应用。
Objective: To develop a qualitative near-infrared model for Shexiangbaoxin Pills. Methods: The OPUS Setup Conformity Test module was adopted, and the diffuse reflectance spectra was selected in 4090-4330 cm^(-1) and 5150-5200 cm^(-1). Then, second derivation and vector normalization method was performed to set up a qualitative model. Results: A total of 31 batches of authentic pills were all correctly identified as Shexiangbaoxin Pills. Moreover, except for the self negative samples of ginseng, none of the 31 batches of counterfeit pills was identified as Shexiangbaoxin Pills. Conclusion: The established qualitative model can be used to detect counterfeit samples.
