回顾我院注射用重组人干扰素α2b致罕见变态反应1例并2012至2015年47例不良反应报告分析

Rare Allergic Reactions Induced by Recombinant Human Interferon-alpha 2b: A Case Review and Analysis on 47 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital During 2012-2015

目的:对我院1例药物罕见变态反应病例进行报道并对47例不良反应报告进行汇总分析,旨在进一步完善药品监测,保障患者安全,并为我院今后的监测工作重点提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对收集的药品不良反应报告进行分析,并对罕见不良反应进行回顾性报道。结果:引起不良反应的主要药物有抗菌药物,其次为中药制剂,引起不良反应的主要给药途径为注射剂。结论:提出改善措施,加强药物监测,提高用药警惕性,减少不良反应发生率,保障患者用药安全。

Objective： To report a case of rare allergic reactions and analyze 47 cases of ADR reports, so as to improve the drug monitoring, ensure patients safety, and provide references for the future monitoring in our hospital. Methods： A retrospective investigation method was used to analyze drug adverse reaction reports, and a rare ADR case was retrospectively reviewed. Results： The main cause of ADR in our hospital was antibacterial drugs, followed by Chinese medicine preparation. In addition, the main route that caused ADR was injection.Conclusion： The improvement measures are put forward to strengthen the drug monitoring, improve the medication alert, reduce the incidence of ADR, and protect the patients safety with medication.
