摘要
拖拉机驾驶室悬置橡胶在防翻架分析中有重要作用。建立了包含橡胶悬置的某拖拉机驾驶室的有限元模型,基于显式算法理论对该拖拉机防翻架进行了后推分析。分析了橡胶及防翻架本体变形及吸能情况,分析结果合理,表明该方法可以用于拖拉机驾驶室的安全性分析。
The mount rubber of a tractor cab plays an important role in the analysis of the ROPS( Rollover Protective Structure). In this paper,the finite element model of a tractor cab with mount rubber was created,and the rear-crushing analysis of the ROPS was carried out based on explicit algorithm. The deformation and energy absorption of the rubber and ROPS was analyzed,and the results was acceptable. It shows that the way can be used in the safety analysis of a tractor cab.
