信息化环境下军队院校新装备教学保障资源建设问题研究

新装备教学保障资源建设是提高教学能力的重要组成部分。在信息化环境下,利用现代信息技术对教学保障资源建设问题进行研究,对于提高教学能力,培养高素质具有积极促进作用。文中从信息化环境加强新装备教学保障资源建设"设施配套难、建设效益难和资源共享难"三个方面的问题分析入手,探讨了在信息网络环境中加强保障资源建设的主要方法,并紧紧围绕着围绕"建设时间和建设质量、硬件建设和软件建设、主战装备和保障装备、短期目标和长期规划"四个关键问题给出了相应对策,并提出了"编组整合、二次开发、顶层设计"的建设建议。
