摘要 目的了解电子垃圾拆解区学龄前儿童血镉的暴露水平,评估儿童血镉暴露对体格发育的影响。方法 294例学龄前儿童,根据镉暴露与否分为暴露组(153例)和对照组(141例),均进行血镉水平检测,同时进行体格发育指标测量,最后进行统计分析。结果暴露组儿童血镉水平高于对照组(P〈0.01);暴露组3~5岁儿童及男童的血镉水平均高于对照组(P〈0.05);儿童血镉水平与身高和体重呈负相关。结论血镉暴露儿童血镉负荷较高,且儿童的血镉负荷水平可能已经影响到儿童的体格发育,应关注儿童镉污染。 ObjectiveTo investigate blood cadmium level in preschool children in e-waste dismantling area, and to evaluate influence by cadmium exposure on children physical development.MethodsA total of 294 preschool children were divided by cadmium exposure into exposure group (153 cases) and control group (141 cases). They all received blood cadmium level detection and physical development evaluation for statistical analysis.ResultsThe exposure group had higher blood cadmium level than the control group (P〈0.01), and it had much higher blood cadmium level in 3~5-year-old and male children than the control group (P〈0.05). Blood cadmium level was negativly correlated with height and weight.ConclusionBlood cadmium level is higher in the exposure group, and it may influence children physical development. Children cadmium pollution requires attention.
