阿替普酶与银杏叶滴丸联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect by alteplase combined with ginkgo biloba pills in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的综合分析阿替普酶与银杏叶滴丸联合治疗在急性脑梗死治疗中的应用效果。方法 46例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组23例。对照组给予阿替普酶治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予银杏叶滴丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后7 h、10 d、20 d,实验组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶与银杏叶滴丸联合治疗在急性脑梗死治疗中的应用效果比较显著。

ObjectiveTo analyze application effect by alteplase combined with ginkgo biloba pills in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.MethodsA total of 46 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received alteplase for treatment, and the experimental group receive additional ginkgo biloba pills. Curative effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In 7 h, 10 d and 20 d after treatment, and the experimental group had all better national institutes of health stroke scale （NIHSS） scores than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionCombination of alteplase and ginkgo biloba pills shows precise application effect in treating acute cerebral infarction.
