"十三五"规划再次提出推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业,文化产业的创新发展成为关涉经济发展、政治发展、文化发展、社会发展的重要议题。文化产业的创新发展一方面意味着思维方式的转变,另一方面要求中国特色文化精神的发扬。思维方式的转变在互联网时代的今天更加突出地体现为互联网思维的发展,互联网思维是一种主体思维、创新思维和整合思维,这一思维下的产业创新发展要求产业的整合与创新,从文化工业到文化产业的转变正是这一要求的具体体现。而中国特色文化精神的发扬则是文化产业发展的内核,这一内核的建构与传承是文化产业生命力常青的根本保证。因此,文化产业的创新发展根本上意味着思维模式与现实内核的有机统一,这一创新发展也体现了我国构建产业新体系,实现文化强国战略的现实要求。
