老年股骨转子间骨折急诊早期整体治疗分析

Overall treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients

目的:探讨老年股骨转子间骨折的有效治疗方式。方法:对2010-01-2015-12收治的560例老年股骨转子间骨折临床资料进行回顾分析。将220例专科(骨科)收治患者纳入专科治疗组,340例急救创伤科收治患者纳入急诊早期整体治疗组。对比分析2组患者入院至手术开始时间,并发症发生率,住院时间,伤后1年病死率等指标。结果:急诊早期整体治疗组在入院至手术开始时间,并发症发生率,住院时间,伤后1年病死率等方面与专科治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊早期整体治疗能有效解决老年股骨转子间骨折临床治疗中的难点,提高治疗效果,是老年股骨转子间骨折较为理想的治疗模式。

Objective：To investigate the effective treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Method：The clinical data of 560 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.220 cases of specialist（Department of orthopedics）were admitted to the specialist treatment group,340 cases of emergency trauma patients admitted to the emergency department of early stage of the overall treatment group.To compare and analyze the two groups of patients of the operation start time,the incidence of complications,hospitalization time,1years after injury and other indicators of mortality.Result：The early stage of emergency treatment group in hospital admission to the operation start time,the incidence of complications,hospital stay,1years after the injury mortality and other aspects of the specialist treatment group was significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Emergency treatment can effectively solve the problems in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the clinical treatment of difficult points,improve the treatment effect,is an ideal model for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.
