以阴囊脓肿为主要表现的急性坏死性筋膜炎1例

A case of acute necrotizing fasciitis with scrotal abscess as the main manifestation

肛周脓肿临床上常见,一般起源于肛窦炎或肛腺感染,导致直肠肛管周围间隙形成脓肿,可沿直肠纵肌向各周围间隙蔓延,但向阴囊方向延伸导致阴囊坏疽较少见,同时合并急性坏死性筋膜炎临床罕见,一旦发病,病情进展迅速,如不及时正确处理,患者很快休克,甚至危及生命。我院收治1例肛周脓肿致阴囊脓肿坏疽及大面积急性坏死性筋膜炎的患者,进展迅速救治无效死亡。现报告如下。

Necrotizing fasciitis（NF）is a relatively rare but very serious illness with a clinically necrotizing soft tissue infections.It is offensive and progresses quickly with a high mortality rateIf there is no timely treatment,it is often life-threatening.Fourier gangrene（FG）is the acute fulminant NF,which is a rare but mainly involving the genitals,perineum and abdominal wall.It is also a special part performance of NF.Here,we reported a case of acute NF with scrotal abscess as the main manifestation,and reviewed its clinical features,diagnosis and treatment in order to improve doctors＇ understanding of NF.
