呼出气一氧化氮测定在支气管哮喘诊断中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的 评价呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)测定在支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)诊断中的应用价值。方法 174例疑似哮喘患者,采用瑞典Aerocrine AB NIOX NO测定仪测定Fe NO,根据临床症状和舒张试验或者激发试验结果诊断哮喘,绘制Fe NO诊断哮喘的ROC曲线。结果 174例患者中诊断为哮喘132例(哮喘组)、非哮喘42例(非哮喘组)。哮喘组、非哮喘组Fe NO分别为(36.98±28.45)、(19.67±8.06)ppb,两组比较,P〈0.05。Fe NO诊断哮喘的ROC曲线下面积是0.706,95%CI:0.623~0.788,取截断值为20.5 ppb,其敏感度为0.652、特异度为0.619、阳性预测值为65.2%、阴性预测值为61.9%。结论 Fe NO测定可用于诊断哮喘,20.5 ppb可作为诊断哮喘的截断值。
