摘要
在数控卧式车床中实现镗削加工,传统的结构方式是在床鞍滑板上安装镗削装置,通过横向滑板X方向来实现径向进刀,对加工的尺寸精度会产生很大的影响。因此,开发了一种新型镗削加工的径向进刀装置,主要是克服镗削加工中尺寸精度的控制。该机构具有结构简单、调整方便、操纵轻便灵活、镗削加工平稳可靠等特点,从而保证了工件的加工精度。
To realize boring processing in NC horizontal lathe,the traditional structure is mounting a boring device on saddle; it will produce very big effect to machining accuracy by transverse slide feed along X. So develop a new kind of boring processing feed device which mainly overcomes the dimensional accuracy control in boring processing. The institutions has the characteristics of simple structure,easy to adjust,portable and flexible manipulation,stable and reliable boring processing,so as to ensure the processing precision of the workpiece.
