托辊式中心架设计

摘要 托辊式中心等其特点是包括对应设置的上体和下体,上体和下体通过螺栓和心轴相连,上丝杆通过套筒安装在上体上,上丝杆下端设置有上滚轮,下体下方设置有左丝杆和右丝杆,左丝杆和右丝杆通过联轴器相连,左滚轮架通过左丝母安装在左丝杆上,左滚轮安装在左滚轮架上,右滚轮架通过右丝母安装在右丝杆上,右滚轮安装在右滚轮架上。其具有工件装夹方便,刚性好,承载能力强,回转精度高,夹持范围大,操作简单等优点。该装置应用于重型长轴类工件加工深孔的辅助支撑机构。 Support roller type steadyrest's characteristic includes the corresponding set of upper and lower body,the upper and lower body and shaft are connected by bolts,respectively,upper screw through the sleeve is installed on the upper,screw on the bottom is set on roller,lower body settings have left screw and right screw,right screw and left screw through the coupling is linked together,the left wheel rack through left screw nut is installed on the left screw,left wheel installed in the left wheel rack,right wheel rack through right wire installed on the right screw,right wheel installed in the right wheel frame.Its workpiece clamping is convenient,has good rigidity,the bearing capacity is strong,high rotary precision,large clamping range,simple operation,etc. The device is for deep hole auxiliary support institutions for heavy long shaft parts processing.
