摘要 为了提高变工况齿轮信号的分析精度,针对变工况齿轮信号采集问题,提出了基于阶次分析的变工况齿轮信号采集系统设计。首先,根据计算阶次的不足提出了改进以及改进的过程;其次,根据ICP式传感器的供电问题,设计了传感器的调理电路,解决了传感器供电以及信号的滤波问题;再次,针对信号采集问题,设计了Labview的程序实现变工况信号的采集;最后,通过连接设计的采集系统进行实验验证,验证了该方法的有效性,提高了变工况齿轮信号分析精度。 In order to improve the analysis precision of the variable condition of gear signal variable working condition of gear signal acquisition system design which based on the analysis of the order was proposed at the variable condition of gear signal acquisition. First of all,according to the calculation order to improve the process and improving was proposed. Secondly,according to the power supply of ICP sensor,sensor conditioning circuit was designed what realized the sensor power supply and signal filtering problem. Again,in view of the signal collection,the Labview program was designed to realize the collection of operation mode signal. Finally,through the connection design of acquisition system for experiment that verify the effectiveness of the proposed method which improved the precision of gear load signal analysis.
