摘要
针对薄壁圆管工件内孔珩磨加工时易出现较大变形而导致加工精度难以保证的问题,通过对掘进机上某薄壁圆管零件的珩磨工艺分析,设计了一种薄壁圆管内壁珩磨专用夹具,改善了薄壁圆管工件的磨削工艺性,提高了加工精度和生产效率。
For honing process of the endoporus of thin- walled tubular parts,it easily occurs bigger deformation problems and so that can be difficult to ensure the machining accuracy,this article analyses the honing process on a thin- walled circular parts of tunnel boring machine,a special honing fixture is designed for the thin- walled circular tube. It improves the grinding process performance on thin- walled tube parts,and machining accuracy and production efficiency as well.
