摘要
采用不同的挤压温度、挤压比和挤压速度对Mg-8Al-0.6Zn-0.2Ce镁合金进行了热挤压,并进行了显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的试验。结果表明,随挤压温度从350℃提高至410℃、挤压比从7增加至23、挤压速度从1 m/min增加至5 m/min,合金的平均晶粒尺寸、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能均呈现出先减小后增大的变化趋势。Mg-8Al-0.6Zn-0.2Ce镁合金的最佳热挤压工艺为:挤压温度为380℃、挤压比为15、挤压速度为3 m/min。
Different extrusion temperature,extrusion ratio and the extrusion speed were adopt to have hot extrusion on sports equipment Mg- 8 Al- 0. 6 Zn- 0. 2 Ce magnesium alloy,and the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested. The results show as the extrusion temperature increases from 350 ℃ to 410 ℃,extrusion ratio from 7 to 23 and extrusion speed from 1 m / min to 5m / min,the average grain size,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance performance first decreased and then increased. The optimization hot extrusion process of Mg- 8 Al- 0. 6 Zn- 0. 2 Ce of magnesium alloy was as follows: extrusion temperature is 380 ℃,extrusion ratio is 15,and extrusion speed is 3 m / min.
