摘要
根据Carrousel氧化沟完全混合特性,提出了将其划分成多个曝气和非曝气的完全混合反应池的串联反应器的思想,并基于ASM3机理模型,在WEST软件平台上搭建其物理模型。利用WEST模拟软件,对建立的模型进行稳态模拟。实例研究表明:对于处理能力1.2万t/d的Carrousel氧化沟,通过分析其工艺特点和DO沿程变化特征,可以将缺氧区和好氧区根据沟池长度平均分为15区;每个区长13.2 m、宽4.5 m、面积56.87 m2;其中前4区为缺氧区,后11区为好氧区。通过稳态模拟,该次建模能够体现污水处理厂的处理工艺过程及处理效果,拟合效果良好,为后续研究进行动态模拟、模型优化和参数估计奠定了基础。
According to completely mixed features of Carrousel oxidation ditch, this paper puts forward an idea which divides it into several series reactors of aeration completely mixed reaction of aeration and non aeration. Moreover, based on ASM3 mechanism model, the article builds a physical model on WEST software platform. Taking advantage of the WEST simulation software, a steady simulation was done to the established model. It had been proved that according to the analysis of its process features and DO changes along the characteristics, Carrousel oxidation ditch whose dealing ability may reach12,000 tons per day contains oxic zone and anoxic zone and can be divided into 15 sections averagely in accordance with the length of pools. The length of each section is 13.2 m, the width 4.5, the area 56.87 m^2. Among the 15 sections,the first 4areas are the anoxic zone, the following 11 sections are the aerobic zone. Via steady simulation, this modeling can show the treatment process and treatment efficiency in sewage treatment plant. It laid a foundation for subsequent research of dynamic simulation, optimization of model and parameter estimation.
