肾脏散发毛细胞性血管母细胞瘤一例

摘要 患者女,69岁。无诱因出现双侧腰背部不适伴头晕、全身乏力症状1个月余入院。体检：双肾区及输尿管行程区无明显压痛及叩击痛。B超示：左肾上极可探及大小约5.0 cm×4.9 cm的稍强回声团,边界尚清,内部回声不均匀,可见血流信号。
