基于MRI的盆底三维重建的应用进展

摘要 盆腔的解剖结构非常复杂,涉及到泌尿、生殖以及消化系统在内的多个组织器官,包括血管、神经、肌肉等多种成分。随着磁共振和计算机科学的不断发展,以MRI为原始数据构建的盆底三维模型逐渐得到广泛运用,因其能形象的描述盆底组织的立体结构以及空间毗邻关系,从而为临床疾病的诊断、治疗提供了充分的依据和可视化平台,同时也为数字解剖和医学教学提供了支持。在本研究中笔者就基于MRI的三维重建技术(3-dimensional magnetic resonance image,3D-MRI)在盆底的临床应用研究予以综述。
