肾小细胞神经内分泌癌一例

摘要 患者男,51岁。无明显诱因下出现左腰部酸痛就诊,B超示右肾占位性病变;2天后突发左腰部剧痛,持续疼痛,无明显肉眼血尿,无腰部肿块,无恶心、呕吐,无尿频、尿急、尿痛。
