摘要
为改善树脂导光水泥基材料(Resin light conductive cementitious materials,RLCCM)中水泥基体与透明树脂界面间的粘结性能,采用强度试验、X射线衍射仪和环境扫描电镜分别研究了环氧树脂AB胶对RLCCM整体抗压强度、界面处水化产物和微观结构的影响。结果表明:RLCCM的整体抗压强度比纯水泥砂浆体低,且强度大小与界面间的粘结性能有关,环氧树脂AB胶增强了RLCCM的整体力学性能;环氧树脂AB胶减少了界面处羟钙石的生成,提高了界面间粘结强度;环氧树脂AB胶还提高了界面的粗糙度,增强了界面间机械作用,改善了界面间粘结性能。
This study aimed to improve the bonding performance of interface between cement matrix and transparent resin of resin light conductive cementitious materials(RLCCM).The influence of epoxy resin AB glue on the overall compressive strength,hydration products and microstructure of interface of RLCCM were investigated.Strength test,XRD and ESEM methods were applied in this research.The results showed that the overall compressive strength of RLCCM was lower than pure cement mortar and that was related to the bonding performance of interface,epoxy resin AB glue enhanced the overall mechanical property of RLCCM.The amount of portlandite at the interface reduced and the bonding strength improved due to the participation of epoxy resin AB glue.Epoxy resin AB glue also improved the interfacial roughness,enhanced the interfacial mechanical action and improves the bonding performance.
