摘要
在原有管理方法的基础上,整改提高,建立油井作业质量监管体系。通过完善作业数据管理,规范作业数据库,进行作业风险评估;加强方案设计管理,优化设计流程,提高人员素质;加强现场监督管理,疑问井提前讨论,作业井跟紧现场;加强作业质量分析,组织验收讨论会,进行返工井展览。油井作业质量监管体系的建立,有效提高了作业管理人员的工作效率,提高了油井作业质量,控制了油井的作业成本。
The oil well operation quality control system is established on the basis of the original management method, in which some aspects are improved such as to improve the management of operation data by standardizing the operation database and assessing the operation risk; to strengthen the management of plan design by optimizing the design process and improving the quality of personnel; to strengthen site supervision and management by pre-discussion of question well and site tracking of operation well; to strengthen the work quality analysis by organizing the acceptance meetings and carrying out the exhibition of rework wells. The establishment of the oil well operation quality supervision system effectively improves the working efficiency of the operation management personnel, improves the quality of the oil well operation, and controls the operation cost of the oil well.
