摘要
在油田生产过程中,通常采取调剖措施来调整注入井波及系数,提高油层的动用厚度,满足油田开发需要。为确保调剖措施后注入剖面的改善,调剖作业施工质量至关重要,因此从优化注入井调剖管理模式、完善技能培训方式、改进施工工艺流程等方面制定措施,保证调剖作业施工质量。某采油厂作业大队通过加强上述几方面工作,浅调剖平均单井注入压力上升1.19MPa,深调剖平均单井注入压力上升3.3 MPa,单井砂岩吸水厚度增加3.5m。
In the process of oilfield production, profile control measures are usually taken to adjust the sweeping coefficient of injection wells and increase the use thickness of oil layer. The construction quality of profile control operation is very important to the improvement of injection profile after profile control measures. For this reason, the measures to ensure the construction quality of the profile con- trol operation must be taken from the optimization of the management mode of injection well profile control, the improvement of the skills training method and the improvement of the profile control construction process. The average injection pressure of the shallow profile control wells and the deep profile control wells in an oil production plant rises 1.19 MPa and 3.30 MPa separately, and the water absorp- tion thickness of single-well sandstone is increased by 3.5 m through strengthening the above work.
