废弃泥浆含有多种有害物质,是石油天然气工业的主要污染源之一,其废物处理是目前困扰油田的一大难题。为了消除、降低钻井泥浆对环境的影响,使废弃泥浆的处理符合国家、地方法律法规,对废弃泥浆处理所涉及的国家法律、地方法规进行了阐述,以期废泥浆的处理处置技术服务在符合相关标准要求的前提下进行。

Waste drilling mud contains many kinds of harmful substances, and it is one of the main pollution sources of oil and natural gas industry. Its waste disposal is a major difficulty in the oil field. The state laws and local regulations involved in the treatment of the waste drilling mud are described in order to make the waste mud treatment and disposal technology meet the requirements of the rele- vant standards and reduce or even eliminate the impact of waste drilling mud on the environment.
