保定市大学生献血群体重复献血影响因素的条件logistic回归分析

Conditional logistic regression analysis on the influencing factors for repeat blood donation among college students in Baoding

目的通过分析影响保定地区大学生献血者参加重复献血的因素,提出相应的工作建议,为更好的利用大学生群体中宝贵的血液资源提供科学依据。方法以保定市3所高校的754名重复献血者为研究对象,按照1∶1配比的方法,选择与重复献血者同一班级、性别相同、居住地性质相同、月平均消费差别小于200元的单次献血者作为对照组,对相关因素先进行单因素条件logistic回归分析,再用逐步回归法进行多因素条件logistic回归分析。结果献血相关知识得分较高、对工作人员服务态度满意的大学生更会选择重复献血,而献血过程中或之后出现献血反应的大学生献血者选择重复献血的可能性降低。结论大学生重复献血受到多重相关因素的影响,相关部门应通过利用网络媒体进行献血宣传、提升献血护理质量、关注献血反应者等一系列措施,促使更多的大学生献血者参与重复献血工作。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors for repeat blood donation in college students in Baoding,and to put forward corresponding suggestions,in order to provide scientific basis for maximal utilization of blood resources from college students. Methods 754 repeat blood donors were selected from three universities in Baoding and were chosen as experimental group. One time donors were chosen as control group with the same class,gender,type of residence,and a difference in the average monthly consumption less than $ 200. Then,the influencing factors were analyzed by univariate logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression. Results The students with higher scores of blood donation knowledge and who were content with staffs＇ service attitude tended to be repeat blood donors. Meanwhile,the students who had blood donation reaction during or after the donation process were less likely to donate again. Conclusion The behavior of repeat blood donors among college students is influenced by multiple factors. A series of practical measures,such as promoting blood donation on social network and media,enhancing the quality of blood donation care and focusing on donors with adverse reactions,should be adopted to prompt more college students to take part in repeat blood donation.
