台北林口长庚纪念医院血库信息管理系统初识

Preliminary acquaintance with blood bank information system in Taipei Linkou Changgung Memorial Hospital

输血是临床不可替代的治疗手段,而输血检验是临床输血治疗安全、准确、及时、有效的保障。因为输血检验步骤多、验证环节复杂、检验过程涉及人员多,为确保输血检验质量,必须建立完整、周密的输血检验链,将质量管理体系涵盖整个输血检验流程。基于此,台北林口长庚纪念医院(简称林口长庚医院)的信息化输血检验系统建构了E化(全部输血流程电子信息化控制)的安全输血作业流程,尽量减少人为干预实验结果的操作,顺应了输血检验信息系统的发展方向。目前大陆输血科(血库)基本上都已不同程度地使用信息化管理系统,随着国家医疗质量管理体系的不断完善,从政策法规及行政管理层面加强了输血科立项必备的信息管理系统设置要求。但各个医院输血信息系统水平参差不齐,管理信息化程度各异。林口长庚医院在血库信息管理系统建设中取得的丰富、实际、有效的经验可资借鉴。

Blood transfusion is an irreplaceable clinical treatment. Clinical blood transfusion and blood screening provide safe,accurate,timely and effective protection. Therefore,blood transfusion screening establishes a complete and careful inspection chain and quality management system which covers the entire transfusion inspection process in order to achieve quality assurance,but also directly causes the unnecessary steps in transfusion process,the complexity of inspection,and over utilization of staff during inspection. In Changgung Hospital,transfusion inspection process was built based on computer intelligence. An electronic and interdisciplinary safe blood transfusion was established,in order to reduce maximal human intervention during operations. This complies with the developmental direction of information system in blood transfusion inspection. At present,blood transfusion departments（ or blood banks） in China have varying degrees of utilization of information management system,with the constant improvement on national health quality management system. From policies and regulations to the administrative level,the blood transfusion information management system was strengthened and necessary requirement was created. However,different hospitals have different standards of management in information systems. Changgung Memorial Hospital in Taibei has rich,practical and effective valuable experience in the construction of blood bank management information system. In this paper,the construction of the information management system is introduced.
