体育教育专业创新型人才模式构建研究

Research on the Construction of Innovative Talents Mode for Physical Education Major

运用文献资料法、访谈法、分析归纳法等剖析了体育教育专业在人才培养方面存在的诸多问题,提出体育教育专业创新型人才培养的目标、内容和措施:要依托科研机构,组建科研团队,建立校地协同创新人才培养基地,合作共赢;以教师教育为核心,拓展专业发展方向,形成完善的体育教育专业人才培养新体系,为社会培养出不同方向创新型人才。

With the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and analysis and induction,the paper mainly analyzes the major problems in talents training for physical education major,and then puts forwards the innovative talents training goals,contents and measures,relying on scientific research institutions,organizing scientific research team,and setting up institution- locality collaborative innovative talent training base to achieve win- win cooperation. Taking teacher education as the core,extending the professional developing direction and forming the perfect new talent training system in physical education major are the ways to cultivate innovative talents in various directions for society.
