高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务的创新模式研究

Research on the Innovation Mode of University Library Digital Reference Service

信息和网络技术的迅猛发展加快了图书馆的数字化进程,高校图书馆参考咨询服务有必要在原来基础上进行数字化和信息化革新。分析数字参考咨询服务的特点,建立数字参考咨询的工作机制,并在此基础上,研究现阶段我国高校图书馆在该业务方面对馆藏资料的综合利用少、科技水平不高等不足,从丰富数字馆藏资源、提高用户体验等方面为高校图书馆提供完整的改革方案和具体操作措施,进一步完善图书馆的服务水平。

In recent years,the rapid development of information and network technology has greatly accelerated the process of digital library,and the digital and information technology innovation is necessary on the basis of the original of reference service of university library. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of digital reference service and the establishment of the working mechanism of digital reference,the insufficiencies are studied,such as the less comprehensive utilization of library collection and lack of science and technology at present stage. By the analysis of Nanjing University Digital Library Reference Service innovation pattern,the complete reform program and specific operational measures are provided in the rich digital library resources and the improvement of the user experience for the university library,in order to further improve the service level of library.
