Specialized Division and Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization:an Analytical Framework

建立一个农业专业化分工与农民合作经济组织的理论分析框架,试图回答农业专业化分工的理论问题和演变发展,认为农业专业化分工应建立在农户家庭经营基础之上并以农民合作经济组织形式实现分工协作。其中,以理论模型分析了农户间农业专业化分工的理论可行性,以逻辑演绎分析了农业专业化分工的演变发展,比较分析了市场、企业、农民合作经济组织在农业专业化分工中的交易协调机制,认为建立在合作与信任基础上的农民合作经济组织更能充分发挥作用。指出农民合作经济组织中的专业化分工两难选择需要一系列的制度安排去克服。

This thesis tries to establish a theoretical analytical framework for the agricultural specialized division and farmer cooperative economic organization, attempting to answer the emerging questions of the agricultural specialized division and analyze its development and evolution. This paper holds that the agricultural specialized division should be established on the basis of peasant household man- agement of production and should cooperate with farmer cooperative economic organization to realize collaboration. Therefore, the theo- retical feasibility of the agricultural specialized division between farmers is analyzed in the theoretical model and the development and e- volution of agricultural specialized division is explained in a way of logical deduction. Besides, the market, enterprise, farmer coopera- tive economic organization in the transaction coordination mechanism in the agricultural specialized division is also interpreted in a com- parative method. Finally here comes a conclusion that the farmer cooperative economic organization which is established on the basis of cooperation and trust can give full play to the role and here needs some rules to overcome the emerging difficulties.
