摘要
提出了一种面向过程工业的基于Aspen Plus过程模拟与Excel软件相结合的HAZOP量化分析方法,该方法首先对给定的具体过程工艺进行传统的HAZOP定性分析,其次基于Aspen Plus建立该过程工艺的模拟流程,并确定与HAZOP引导词相关的关键操作参数,对这些参数进行模拟分析,获得其不同程度的偏差对系统造成的影响,从而实现HAZOP工艺参数的偏差及事故危险等级的量化;分析过程中利用ASW(Aspen Simulation Workbook)记录有效偏差对系统的影响,结合预先开发好的Excel分析模板,最终形成HAZOP定量分析报告,文中利用某厂氯乙烯合成的工业实例对本方法进行了阐述。
A new quantitative analysis method of HAZOP combined with Aspen Plus simulation and Excel software for process industries is prensented. Firstly the traditional qualitive analysis is carried for a certain industrial process, then the simulation flowsheet for the process is established based on Aspen Plus, and then the key operational parameters of the simulation are linked to the guide words; secondly these key parameters are simulated and analyzed given various deviations to get their effects on the pocess to get the quantitative analysis of HAZOP. During the analysis, ASW(Aspen Simulation Workbook) is used to record the deviations. An industrial process for vinyl chloride is illustratted to express the method, and the results showed the method is practical and efficient.
