具有高信噪比的开关电源变换器纹波测试方法

摘要 摘要文中提出了降低开关电源变换器纹波测试系统干扰的解决方案,研究了示波器探头连接、时基设置、波形捕获方式和触发方式的选择等对测量纹波电压小信号的影响,形成一套基于平均值捕获方式、脉宽触发、具有较好重复性的测量纹波电压的方法,成功获取了开关电源变换器的纹波电压量值和波形。此方法可供噪声大、干扰多、难以捕捉的周期信号测量时借鉴。 In this paper the solution for reducing test system interference in measuring the ripple voltage of a switching power supply converter was put forward. The effects of the oscilloscope probe connection, time base setting and waveforrn capture mode and trigger mode choice to the small signal voltage ripple measurement were studied, A ripple voltage measurement method with good reproducibility was formed, which is based on the average value capture mode, pulse width or sampling trigger. The ripple voltage stable value and waveform were gained successfully. It can be refered for measuring the period signal which is difficult to capture with big noise and much interference
