This paper aims to analyze the forces of the rings as well as their changes in the process of pulling off liquid membrane and put forward a new method of how to get the best measurement point in the experiment measuring liquid surface tension coefficient. On the improvement of laboratory instrument,accurate measurement of the liquid surface tension coefficient is given.
