转炉粉尘用于研制铁水脱磷剂

摘要 转炉炼钢产生大量的粉尘,严重污染环境,各国均在努力寻求粉尘的处理方法。在一定的工艺条件的基础上,研究了粉尘脱磷剂内在组分对铁水脱磷的影响,分析了各组分对铁水脱磷的影响规律。结果表明:氧化铁皮作氧化剂脱磷效果仅次于Fe_2O_3试剂,脱磷率分别为84.78%和84.32%,Na_2CO_3和BaO作固定剂效果均比CaO好;使用质量分数为4%CaF_2+6%Na_2CO_3作助熔剂可使脱磷率达到89.13%;控制铁水初始硅的质量分数在0.09%~0.15%可以提高铁水脱磷率;脱磷剂中的P_2O_5会显著降低脱磷剂脱磷率。因此,使用粉尘研制的脱磷剂可在氧化剂、固定剂和助熔剂方面进行优化,同时控制铁水初始硅含量和减少粉尘带入的P_2O_5含量,可提高脱磷剂脱磷能力。 A lot of dust is produced in converter steelmaking,giving rise to serious environment pollution,with which all countries are trying to find methods to deal.The influence of internal components in dust dephosphorization agent on dephosphorization was investigated in laboratory,and the effect rule of that was analyzed.The results show that the dephosphorization effect of scale is next to Fe_2O_3,and the dephosphorization rates are 84.78%and 84.32%,respectively.Fixation effects of Na_2CO_3 and BaO is superior to CaO.With the addition of 4mass%CaF and 6mass% Na_2CO_3 as fluxing agents in scale,dephosphorization rate could reach 89.13%.By controlling the initial silicon content between 0.09% and 0.15%,dephosphorization rate could be further elevated.Dephosphorization efficiency greatly decreases with P_2O_5 existing in dephosphorization agent.Therefore,dust dephosphorization agent can be optimized in the aspect of oxidant,fixative,and fluxing agent;at the same time,controlling the initial silicon content in hot metal and reducing the content of P_2O_5 can improve the dephosphorization capability.
