摘要
设计了一种单相AC-DC转换方案,以有源功率因数控制器Ucc28019作为核心,以TMS320F28335作为主控芯片,设计功率因数测量电路,输出过电流保护电路,功率因数调整电路等电路模块,经测试交流输入24V,带负载输出2A电流可稳定输出36V电压,负载调整率SI≤0.5%,交流输入20~30V变化时,电压调整率SU≤0.5%,功率因数测量误差最大为0.03,具有过电流保护功能,动作电流为2.52A,功率因数达到0.99。
The paper designs a signle-phase electric AC-DC conversion,with controller chip TMS320F28335,active power factor controller UCC28019 as a core of the system,The power factor measurement circuit,output over protection circuit,power factor adjustment circuit were designed.Test results show that when input AC voltage is 24 Vand output current is 2A,the system can output 36 Vvoltage stably.Its load regulation rate less than or equal to 0.5%,when input AC voltage from 20 to 30V,Voltage regulation rate SUis not more than 0.5%,the maximum error of power factor is 0.03,System have overcurrent protection function,overcurrent protection operating is 2.52 A,power factor is up to0.99.
