摘要 该文根据某大型矿用液压挖掘机动臂油缸液压控制系统用再生阀工作机能,搭建了再生阀ITI-Simulation X基础模型,并利用ITI-Simulation X软件二次开发平台Type Designer对再生阀基础模型进行了封装。在此基础上,建立了动臂油缸再生控制系统模型并仿真,获取了再生阀各阀边动态曲线,直观的了解再生阀在工作过程中各阀边的状态变量,从而指导设计;同时,通过仿真模拟现场实际工况,指导了现场再生阀参数调试。 According to the characteristic of regenerate valve which is used in boom cylinder hydraulic control system, the paper build up ITI- SimulationX basic elements, and packaged the basic elements using secondary development platform TypeDesigner of ITI- Simula- tionX. Above this, the paper carried out that modeling and simulation of boom cylinder regenerating control system, got the dynamic curve of the regenerate valve edges, can clearly understand the variable of the regenerate valve edges so to give guidance for designer; At the same time, simulation based on the working station gave guidance for the testing of the regenerate valve.
