摘要
通过对涡旋压缩机端面密封的工作原理及目前真空泵所用的密封方法进行分析,提出了使用发泡橡胶和超高分子量聚乙烯两种材料,采用组合密封的方式制作真空泵端面密封用的密封条,从工作原理上分析了其可行性,加工出合格的零件,并通过实验进行了验证,满足使用的要求。
Through analyzing the working principle of the end seal of scroll compressor and the current sealing method of vacuum pump, the sealing strip of the end seal of vacuum pump is put forward by using two kinds of materials of bipeltate and ultrahigh molecular weight. The working principle is feasible, then the sealing strip has been processed, and through the experiment, it has been verified that the request of the use is met.
