摘要
为使所开发的2D大流量伺服阀达到较好的性能,设计了一款基于DSP芯片和DRV8432全双桥电机驱动芯片控制器,高频PWM波信号输入DRV8432芯片的三个半桥电路,驱动电—机械转换器。为了消除电—机械转换器响应速度和控制精度之间的矛盾,对其进行位置闭环、速度闭环和电流闭环控制。并结合Simulink进行仿真,仿真结果表明该方法具有良好的效果。设计了实验方案并搭建实验平台对控制器进行测试,实验结果表明该控制器具有良好的稳态性能。
In order to make developed large flow 2D digital servo valve to achieve better performance, designs a integrated controller based on DSP chip and DRV8432 full build motor drive chip. The high frequency PWM wave act on three half bridge circuit of DRV8432 to drive electric - mechanical converter. Adopt position closed-loop control, speed closed-loop control and current closed-loop control to drive the electric - mechanical converter. Continuous tracking control algorithm can eliminate the contradiction between the response speed and con- trol precision of the electric - mechanical converter. Combined with the Simulink simulation, the simulation results show that the method has good effect. Design experiment scheme and set up experiment platform to test the integrated controller, the experiment results show that the controller has good steady-state performance.
